Several different demi-human races are known to exist, but the majority of these live on Avalon, and for unknown reasons only the odd demi-human traveler is encountered on the Wyrmheim continent.
Demi-humans are actually (descendents of) humans that have been magically merged with animals, and have many traits of the animals they were merged with. Sometimes this was done as punishment, but often it was also done by request of the demi-human themselves.
Known demi-human races include cat-people, dog-people and bunny-people.
