Orcs primarily live in the Hordelands, and when they aren’t quarrelling amongst each other, they live relatively peaceful lives.
When they’re not overcome by berzerker moods, which is very common during battle, Orcs are mostly very keen observers and quite intelligent opponents.
Strength and victory are important to them, though, so they try to make contests out of almost everything, including diplomacy, which is why very few countries seek to establish formal alliances.
Dracænaia is a notable exception, having recently successfully ‘negotiated’ an alliance with the most powerful Orc tribe in the Hordelands, and effectively, unless another tribe takes over the supremacy, all of the Orcs.
